Ch. Statesman's Nearco RN JH (Kazval Call Collect x Rwyn Heavens Alliant) aka Cecil, could do it all. He was a junior showmanship dog for two different girls. He was a lovely, sound boy with correct temperament (as seen here with him winning the veteran dog class at the 2014 national specialty). He was a biddable hunting dog in the field and the rally ring. But most of all he produced puppies who possessed these qualities. Statesman has frozen semen stored and will be using it when the time is right.
