Ten years ago, I was directed to Belle Meade Hunt just outside of town. It has kennels for the foxhounds, stables for the horses, and a southern style house that serves at the club house. Every time I went there, the people were welcoming and friendly. Coralie and I went during her visit. It is still the same! We were welcomed with free Belle Meade caps and copies of the Belle Meade annual yearbook plus an extensive tour of the kennels with explanations of the foxhound pack by the kennel manager. It was almost magical.
