COLWYN HAS BEEN DEPUTIZED!

Ch. Statesman's Faithful Waters is shown at a dog show in Shreveport, Louisianna. A year earlier Colwyn met this police officer at the same show. He made quite an impression on the officer who hoped he would be at this year's show. The officer came prepared with an official deputy badge. Other police officers have shown an affinity to Colwyn, too. It's like Colwyn is a magnet for police women.
