in Northern Illinois this winter, there have been many days when it is too cold, too snowy, too miserable for the dogs to spend any amount of time outside. I have a home-made 12 inch jump that I had been using for Darwin's rally advanced training. I thought I would extend the use to both Feren and Darwin. It is a success! I call the dogs into the kitchen where I am standing...giving treats to them for coming. Then I toss a small handful of kibble over the jump and the two fly over it in search of more kibble. They never get tired of doing this.
