The main reason I love my house is the two yards. Living with intact males and females, it is extremely helpful to have a separate yard for visiting dogs, females in heat, or females getting ready to whelp a litter. You can see Cassidy, who is in heat, and Feren, whose pups are due within a few days, in the smaller yard with Darwin outside of it..
The larger yard is over an acre in size and all fenced in. Feren likes to run the perimeter of the yard and chase after squirrels in the trees. Cassidy likes to follow Feren. Darwin is not usually a rodent/vermin dog and is more interested in things that fly. Until today.
